Additional Driver
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. All additional drivers must appear at the rental counter and present their driver's license. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any rental location within the same country and at any time during the rental. An additional driver fee of 6 EUR per day applies. The maximum fee is 60.00 EUR.
After Hours Service
After-Hours Pick-up
This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. Customers must provide their flight information including flight number and arrival time. An additional charge of 50.00 EUR applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours.
After-Hours Return
Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on the branch property only. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box. The drop box is located on the counter. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day. Local taxes and surcharges may apply.
Age Requirements
Minimum age for groups: Mini, Mini Elite, Economy, Economy Special, Compact, Compact Special, Compact Wagon, Compact SUV, Compact Convertible, Intermediate, Intermediate SUV, Standard, Standard Fullsize, Standard Wagon, Standard Van, Premium, Fullsize Van, Premium SUV, Premium Convertible, Fullsize SUV, Luxury, Luxury Van, Intermediate Elite is 18 yrs except the car group Luxury Elite for which the minimum age is 25 yrs.
Maximum age for all car groups is 80 yrs. For all drivers aged 18-20 and 70-80 a fee of 40 EUR (VAT included) per rental applies.
Cross Border Policy
Cross Border Fee within the EU countries (including Switzerland and United Kingdom) is applicable in amount of 20 EUR (VAT included) . For Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia, North Macedonia and Kosovo, and every non-EU country (excluding Switzerland and United Kingdom) a Cross Border Fee of 50 EUR (VAT included) applies per rental. In case of travelling through EU and non-EU countries (except Switzerland and United Kingdom) both charges of Cross Border Fee are applicable. The green card covers the rented vehicle with basic insurance (T.P.I.) as long as it remains in the borders of the country for which it is issued. Road assistance or car replacement while driving abroad is available. Exception: The 10 km long transit from Split to Dubrovnik driving through Bosnia and Herzegovina is free of charge.
Damage Waiver
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an optional service and reduces the renter's liability in the event of damage to the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified.If CDW is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. If CDW is not included in the rental or CDW is declined, the renter will be liable for the total cost of damages to the vehicle or the full value of the vehicle in case of damage.If purchased or included in the rental, the excess is:900,00 EUR for the vehicle categories Mini and Economy;1100,00 EUR for the vehicle category Compact;1350,00 EUR – 2000,00 EUR for Intermediate and Standard vehicles;2000,00 EUR - 3000,00 EUR for all Passenger Vans and all Commercial Vans;and 2,500–5,500 EUR for all Premium and Luxury vehicles.The excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged. Before purchasing CDW, it is advisable to determine if the renter's personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and to seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance.
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: mirror damage, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, theft of the vehicle or damage resulting from theft, damage from weather or natural disasters, damage from riots or civil unrest, or damage from dangerous substances.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, an unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.
Delivery and Collection
For delivery or collection of the vehicle, customer should contact the rental agent at least 24h before picking the vehicle. Charge per service is 25 euros.

One Way Drop Policy
One Way Rentals: One way rentals are available for all car groups between all rental locations within Croatia and selected international branches for an additional drop off fee. Please contact our reservations department at +385 99 7330862 for more information on one-way routes and associated fees.
Exclusive Policy
Cost of rental includes include Unlimited Mileage and SLP - Third Party Insurance and VAT.
Excess Reduction
Excess Reduction (ER) is an optional service which reduces the applicable excess in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified. If ER is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter.
If purchased or included in the rental, the excess is reduced to:
300 EUR for the vehicle categories Mini and Economy;
400 EUR for the vehicle categories Compact
500 - 600 EUR for Intermediate and Standard vehicles;
600 EUR for all Passengers vans and all commercial vans;
800 - 1200 EUR for all Premium and Luxury vehicles.
The excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged,
The purchase of ER does not lower the renter's liability for damage to the tires and windscreen. Additional coverage can be purchased to reduce the excess to zero for damage to the tires and windscreens. If not included in the reservation, the purchase of CDW is required to be able to purchase ER.
Before purchasing ER, it is advisable to determine if the renter's personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If ER is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and to seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. ER is not insurance.
Refueling Service
As a customer, you can choose how to pay for fuel or EV recharging when returning the vehicle.
Fuel EV Policy at Non-Airport locations:
You may refuel or recharge the vehicle to the same level as received at the time of rental.
If you choose not to refuel or recharge the vehicle to the same fuel or charge level, you will be charged the local rate, which is typically above the local fuel price or kilowatt-per-hour price. A full tank of fuel or a fully charged EV is not guaranteed.
Fuel EV Policy at Airport Locations:
You may refuel or recharge the vehicle to the same level as received at the time of rental. If you choose not to refuel or recharge the vehicle to the same level, you will be charged the local rate, which is typically above the local fuel price or kilowatt-per-hour price.
Note: Local fuel and kilowatt rates will vary by the area in which you are renting a vehicle. A full EV charge is considered above 80%.
Insurance Policy

Forms of Payment
Visa, Discover, American Express, Diners and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle.

Roadside Protection Exclusions/Voids
RAP does not reduce your liability for:a) theft or loss of the Vehicle (or any accessories provided as part of the Hire, such as an electric vehicle's charging cable) if not supported by a police crime reference.b) damage to the Vehicle caused by any breach of of the Rental Agreement, including but not limited to:i. failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started and failure to lock the vehicle,ii. unauthorised work, modification or repairs on the vehicle,iii. failure to stop using the vehicle or take appropriate action once a, warning light, fault or malfunction becomes known,iv. use by an unauthorised or unlicensed driver,v. Sub-hire of the vehicle or use for hire and reward,vi. damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel,vii. use of vehicle for any reckless, illegal purpose, or deliberately causing injury or damage to property,viii. racing, pacemaking, or teaching someone to drive,ix. use whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs,x. use of the vehicle outside of the United Kingdom without our written permission,xi. overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts or to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle,xii. propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment,xiii. use on any unpaved surface, racetracks, beaches, and test courses, or otherwise off-road,xiv. to drive through water or over any objects that you knew or ought to have known rise above the Vehicle's ground clearancexv. to drive through height-restricted entrances, bridges or passages if the height restriction is lower than the Vehicle's overhead clearancexvi. transporting dangerous or noxious substances,xvii. use of vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation,c) non-payment of the Hire Costs or Additional Costs, ord) when running out of fuel more than once during the Hire Period, ore) any other exclusions to CDW,TP, ER or ZE specifically listed in the Local Addenda
Renter Requirements
All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. Electronic or digital driving licenses are not accepted. All drivers must have held their license for at least 1 year. In addition, all renters must present a valid photo ID such as a passport or government-issued photo ID. A valid credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation.
Arrival Directions
Rental office is located in terminal. Shuttle service is not required.
Supplemental Liability Protection
Supplementary Liability Insurance - Third Party Insurance is required by law and free of charge. Coverage limits for third party bodily injury or death cover up to 2,000,000 EUR and for third party property damage, 150,000 EUR.

Tire and Windshield Protection
Tire and windshield protection is an optional coverage that reduces the renter's financial responsibility in the event of damage to the tires and/or windshield and is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws.
It is available for an additional fee and reduces the excess for damage to the tires and the windshield of the vehicle to ZERO.
If not included in your reservation, a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is required to be able to purchase tire and windshield protection.
Zero Excess
Zero Excess (ZE) is an optional service which reduces the renters responsibility to zero (0) for all car classes in the event of damage or theft.
If not included in the reservation, the purchase of CDW is required to be able to purchase ZE.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) inclusions and exclusions are applicable.
