The price per additional driver is 15.00 EUR per day, with a 10 day maximum at 150.00 EUR.

Please park the vehicle in the Enterprise designated parking spaces. Return the keys to the drop box at the office
Age Requirements
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age to rent a vehicle. Renters aged 21 to 24 may rent cars and SUVs of the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, as well as small Passenger Vans and Compact and Intermediate Cargo Vans. A daily surcharge of 23.00 EUR applies to renters between 21 and 24 years of age.
Cross Border Policy
"We authorise the use of the Vehicle only in mainland Spain or the Spanish island on which you rented the Vehicle. If we give you written permission, you may be authorised to use the Vehicle to move to Spanish islands, between Spanish islands, and to Ceuta and Melilla. If we give you written permission and you pay a fee, you may be authorised to use the Vehicle in the following countries: Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy, Luxemburg, Monaco, Switzerland, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar. Any movement of the vehicle outside of authorised countries will be in breach of the Rental Agreement. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and request authorisation. Any movement of the vehicle outside of pre-authorised countries will be in breach of the Rental Agreement and liability will be construed accordingly."
Damage Waiver
"If you purchase Damage Waiver from us (or if DW is included in your rate), your liability to us as a result of damage to, loss and/or theft of the vehicle will be reduced to an excess amount for each incident. Damage Waiver is not an insurance product. Some damages will be excluded and your conduct during the rental may affect the protection available under Damage Waiver (see Exclusions section). The excess amount for each incident of damage is as shown on the Rental Agreement or, if no amount is otherwise indicated, the excess amount that applies to your DW coverage is, depending on the type of vehicle, 1400.00 EUR for Mini, Economy, Compact, Compact Hybrid and Intermediate cars. 1700.00 EUR for Standard cars, Standard people carriers, Compact Elite, Intermediate, Standard SUV and Hybrid, Compact and Intermediate Convertibles. 2000.00 EUR for Premium cars, Premium people carriers, Full size and Premium 4x4. 2500.00 EUR for Luxury cars and 4x4. Cargo Vans the following excesses apply; 1250.00 EUR for small, medium and standard vans. For full size vans it is 1500.00 EUR and 1700.00 EUR for large vans. Purchasing Damage Waiver on its own will only reduce your liability, if you need to reduce your excess to zero you must also purchase Excess Protection. Before purchasing DW, you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate to cover your liability as a result of damage, theft, and/or loss of the vehicle (including loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value and any towing, storage or impound fees). If you decline Damage Waiver, you will be required to pay these charges and, where applicable, seek compensation from your carrier. "
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
"Damage Waiver does not exclude/reduce your liability for: (a) theft or loss of the vehicle (or any accessories provided as part of the rental, such as an electric vehicle’s charging cable) if not supported by a police crime reference and the original keys; (b) damage to the vehicle caused by any breach of sections 3 and 4 of the Rental Agreement, including but not limited to: i. failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started and failure to lock the vehicle,ii. unauthorised work, modification or repairs on the vehicle, iii. failure to stop using the vehicle or take appropriate action once a, warning light, fault or malfunction becomes known,iv. use by an unauthorised or unlicensed driver,v. Sub-rent of the vehicle or use for hire and reward,vi. damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel,vii. use of vehicle for any reckless, illegal purpose, or deliberately causing injury or damage to property,viii. racing, pacemaking, or teaching someone to drive,ix. use whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs,x. use of the vehicle outside of Spain (including outside of mainland Spain or the Spanish island from which the rental originates) without our written permission,xi. overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts or to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle,xii. propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment,xiii. use on any unpaved surface, racetracks, beaches, and test courses, or otherwise off-road,xiv. to drive through water or over any objects that you knew or ought to have known rise above the Vehicle’s ground clearancexv. to drive through height-restricted entrances, bridges or passages if the height restriction is lower than the Vehicle’s overhead clearancexvi. transporting dangerous or noxious substances,xvii. use of vehicle on an aerodrome, airfield, airport or military installation,c) non-payment of the rental costs or additional costsd) damage to tyres."
Debit Card Policy
"Renters may pay by cash or credit card. All major debit cards issued by either Visa or Mastercard are accepted. Contactless cards (credit or debit) or payment through any other wireless or NFC communications technology will not be accepted. Rentals of car categories Fullsize, Premium, Luxury and Large Passenger Vans must be paid via credit card."
Damage Dispute Resolution
"A copy of our complaint process and the official complaint form is available free of charge upon request at any Enterprise rental branch and/or at Enterprise's registered office, as listed in the Rental Agreement. Renters wishing to discuss or dispute any matters concerning damage to the rental vehicle may contact our damage recovery department. Please email es.dru@ehi.com or call 00 34 917821011."
One Way Drop Policy
All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it is collected from (whether scheduled or unscheduled) will be subject to a one way fee. The one way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick up date. If you have reserved a one-way rental, this fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route and car category. If unscheduled, this fee will be listed on your rental invoice.
Exclusive Policy
Total charges include road fund license and VAT. Damage waiver is not included and must be taken unless an alternative coverage can be verified at time of rental. Additional surcharges may apply. Additional protection products may be purchased.
Excess Protection
"If you purchase Excess Protection (EP) and have also purchased Damage Waiver, any applicable Damage Waiver excess will be reduced to zero on all vehicles. If you purchase EP but not DW, you will remain liable for all losses as a result of loss, theft or damage to the vehicle above the amount indicated in the Rental Agreement, up to the full market value of the vehicle. If you decline EP but have purchased DW (or DW is included in your rate), you will be required to pay any applicable DW excess. Some damages will be excluded and your conduct during the rental may affect the protection available under EP (see Exclusions section).Excess Protection in not an insurance product and before purchasing it, you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate to cover damages and losses, including but not limited to damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value and any towing, storage or impound fees. Excess Protection Exclusions/Voids

Refueling Service
If the renter does not choose to purchase an optional fuel product at the start of the rental period and does not return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as at the start of the rental period (as indicated on the Rental Agreement) the renter will be required to pay a refueling service fee calculated as the difference between the fuel level recorded on the Rental Agreement and that recorded upon the return of the vehicle multiplied by the fuel price displayed at the branch, plus a refueling charge of 21.00 EUR. Unused or excess fuel will not be refunded.
Where the vehicle is an electric vehicle and is returned with less charge than was provided at the start of the Rental Period (such level as indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary), a re-charging fee calculated as the kWhs needed to charge the vehicle to make up the difference between the charge level recorded on the Rental Agreement Summary and that recorded upon the return of the Vehicle multiplied by the kWh price displayed on the Rental Agreement Summary plus, an additional charge as indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary. No unused or excess charge will be refunded.
Personal Accident/Effect Coverage Exclusion/Voids
PAI/PEC is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions and exceptions of the PAI/PEC policy. You may request a copy of the policy from the rental branch where you enter into the rental agreement.
Forms of Payment
"Renters may pay by cash or card. All major debit and credit cards (issued by either Visa or Mastercard or American Express) are accepted. All cards must be physically presented and in the renter's name. Checks, prepaid cards, Diner Club, Discover Card, contactless cards (credit or debit) or payment through any other wireless or NFC communications technology will not be accepted. At the time of pick up, a security deposit will be taken. The security deposit is independent of the estimated or actual cost of the rental and the amount will vary depending on vehicle class and code. For cars and SUVs of categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, and Compact, Intermediate and Standard Cargo Vans, a minimum deposit of 200 EUR is required. All other Cargo Vans the minimum deposit is 400 EUR.For Full Size cars and SUVs and Large Passenger vans the deposit is 400 EUR and must be paid via credit card. For Compact Elite, Premium, Luxury and Convertible vehicles the deposit is 500 EUR and must be paid via credit card. Where the rental is paid in cash, the minimum deposit will be 500 EUR and must be paid via debit or credit card. Please contact the local branch for details."
Roadside Protection
"Roadside Assisstance Protection (RAP) is an optional product to waive the renter's responsibility for the following: tyre (excluding the rim) repair or replacement (unless part of a larger repair to the vehicle), replacement key costs, and all recovery and call out charges imposed by our chosen roadside assistance providers as a result of a fault occurring to the vehicle due to the renter's error. RAP is not an insurance product; some damages will be excluded and the renter's conduct during the rental period may affect the protection available under RAP (see Exclussions section). Before purchasing RAP, you may wish to check if your personal coverage is adequate. If you decline RAP, you will be required to pay any applicable charges and if possible, seek compensation from your carrier. "
Roadside Protection Exclusions/Voids
"RAP does not exclude/reduce your liability for:(a) damage, loss or charges due to running out of fuel more than once during the Rental period;(b) glass repair or glass repairment costs;(c) any charges in the event of non-payment of rental costs or additional costs;(d) damage or loss caused by any breach of section 3 and 4 of the Rental Agreement, including but not limited to: i. failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started and failure to lock the vehicle,ii. unauthorised work, modification or repairs on the vehicle, iii. failure to stop using the vehicle or take appropriate action once a, warning light, fault or malfunction becomes known,iv. use by an unauthorised or unlicensed driver,v. LTNT - Deposit Policy
For the categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, a deposit of 200 EUR is required. For small cargo vans a deposit of 200€ is required, for medium and large cargo vans a deposit of 400€, debit card is accepted in these cases.
For Full size, Premium, Luxury vehicles, Compact Elite and Large Passenger Vans the deposit is 400 EUR and must be paid via credit card.
When renting a Premium or Luxury Car, Compact elite, Convertible or SUV of these categories , two bank cards are required as additional security of which one has to be a valid credit card.
Cash payments may be allowed just for Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard and cargo vans with form of cash payments and two proofs of address but the deposit must be paid via debit or credit card . Please contact the local branch for details. (Not available for Madrid and Barcelona Airport) All cards must be in the renter's name and be physically presented at vehicle pick-up as contactless is not supported.

Debit cards are accepted for categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate and Standard SUV.
LOB Deposit Policy
You may need a valid credit or debit card in your name when you start your rental. If a credit or debit card is required to proceed with check-in, please enter it now. If it is optional, you can choose to add your credit or debit card now or provide it in person when you start your rental. Payment will not be processed until you arrive to pick up your rental. The amount taken will be dependent on factors including but not limited to estimated amounts owed under the Rental Contract, the purchase of optional protection products, size of vehicle or fuel purchase or other separately negotiated terms with a third party to pay for all or part of the rental bill. You will remain responsible for all charges not paid by a third party, such as vehicle upgrades, optional products or extra rental days beyond those specified by the third party. Renter Requirements
"All drivers must present:(1.) Valid driving licence held for a minimum of one (1) year [or two 2 years if renting in the Canary Islands]. - Digital driving licences will only be accepted if issued by a Member State of the European Union and the rental originates from that Member State.- If the driving licence has been issued by a country other than a Member State of the European Union or is written in a language and/or in characters different to those of the country where the rental originates, an International Driving Permit/Licence is required. Renters with licences from countries which are not part of any international treaties or agreements for International Driving Permits must provide a certified translation of their driving licence. - To avoid the risk of fines, renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to carry an International Driving Permit.(2.) Valid, unexpired passport or identity card.Additionally, renters visiting Spain from abroad must be able to provide, on request: (3) Contact details in their home country (i.e., work or home address) and in Spain, as well as travel documents, such as plane or train tickets, boarding passes, hotel reservations or accomodation vouchers, etc. In order to rent a car, SUV or van of categories Premium, Elite, Luxury or convertible from airports and train stations, renters must be able to provide (4) additional verified contact information, such as employment details, two phone numbers, proof of residence and, if applicable, travel documents.Customers whose documents have been issued in two or more different countries must provide additional proof of address or residence (i.e., phone, gas or electricity bill) which must be less than 90 days old. Please note that we reserve the right to request additional proof of identity and/or to conduct further identification checks if necessary, which may include identity checks with an external organisation. "
Third Party Liability
Third party liability insurance is mandatory and covers the driver and the owner for third party claims against him/her for damage caused by the hire vehicle. Third party insurance is included in the rate. Cover is limited to 135 million euros.
